About Us

Burger Anarchy was founded in 2011 by Simon Doggett and Robert Pooke. They both live in North East London, and work for competing TV networks.
Burger Anarchy is intrinsically hypocritical.
On one hand, we believe in the purity of a good burger: meat shouldn’t be seasoned until it hits the grill, ketchup and mustard are king, cheese should be American and a bun should never be too fancy.
Conversely, we make videos of burger monstrosities, more as curious experiments than anything else. We do this with our buddy Mike, and some of our other friends.
Although our content is meat-biased, we hope there’s enough here to keep you entertained. We have a keen interest in quality food, whether it’s a sandwich or not.

We also post the odd recipe, video and essay from time to time.
